Rome and its province have a ham of excellent quality, especially appreciated locally as the limited production, about 250 tons per year, is not allowing a widespread marketing.

 

The production area is above all the one nearest to Lake Bracciano (Anguillara Sabazia and Bracciano), plus the towns of Fiumicino and Cerveteri.
