The corallina di Norcia is a typical salami from Norcia and guardian of the best traditions of Valnerina.

The lard of fat distributed in the dough, its softness and unique taste make it a complement to the feature freshly baked bread or cheesecake umbra. Umbrian tradition sees it as inevitable products for the rich Easter breakfast. It’s made from pork, from herds of white breeds crossed and selected the national territory, salt, pepper and sucrose.
