Preparation technology.
Chop all the meat rather coarse-grained, seasoned until a thick paste, adding a bit ‘of water and bags in the pig gut. Sausages are made of 150 grams that is consumed immediately boiled and served with sauerkraut.

a) Raw material: beef, pork and bacon pigs.
b) Technological: salt, pepper. garlic, paprika and allspice.
c) Additives: monosodium glutamate
